On-Site TB Testing in Tulsa, OK
Charter Clinic offers convenient PPD (purified protein derivative) testing, also known as the tuberculosis skin test, to screen for exposure to tuberculosis (TB). PPD testing involves a small injection just under the skin of your forearm, which is checked for results when the patient returns to the clinic after 48-72 hours. X-rays can also help determine a diagnosis for tuberculosis. PPD/TB screening is often required for employment, school, or travel.
