Medical Director
Dr. Joseph A. Blough, MD brings over 26 years of experience in patient care and medical management to our team at Oklahoma Injury Care.
He graduated from the University of Oklahoma/Health Sciences Center medical school in 1994.
JEFFREY MELTON, APRN-CNP
Family Nurse Pracitioner
Jeffrey Melton is a Family Nurse Practitioner who received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City, OK and his Master of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. Jeff has broad experience in full-body medical treatment, notably neurosurgical care. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and his calm, down-to-earth demeanor will make you feel comfortable and safe while he treats you during your time in our clinic.
Jeff is an Oklahoma native who enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family when he’s not doing a great job treating you and other patients here at our office.
SHERRY SIDES, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Sherry Sides is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience, including backgrounds in critical care and emergency medicine. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus at Purdue University.
Sherry is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care and improving the overall health of her community. Known for her empathy and ability to build strong, trusting relationships, she takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and supported through every stage of care.
Outside of work, Sherry enjoys the peace of country living and spending quality time with her four children and three grandchildren.
CHONG LEE, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Chong Lee is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. With a diverse clinical background spanning home health, primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and serving pediatric to geriatric populations, she brings a wealth of experience and a holistic approach to patient care.
Her practice is grounded with a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes across all stages of life. Known for her empathetic communication style and clinic expertise, Chong strives to empower patients through education, prevention, and continuity of care.
Outside of her professional role, Chong enjoys spending quality time with her husband and five children. She loves traveling and staying active through tennis and pickleball, which help her maintain a balanced and joyful life.

ALE HERNANDEZ, APRN-CNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Alejandra Hernandez is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in primary care, urgent care, and injury care. In her 10 years of nursing experience she has had the privilege of taking care of children and adults during some of their most vulnerable states.
Ale obtained a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Oklahoma City University, a Bachelor’s in Nursing from SWOSU, and a Master’s in Nursing with focus in the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from the University of Oklahoma. She has professional experience in critical care, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, and orthopedics.
She chose a career in healthcare because she loves interacting with people. She has a passion for helping patients understand their health, and encourages them to have a voice in their care.
When she is not in the clinic, she is home with her husband and 3 sons. She loves traveling and experiencing the outdoors, swimming, and spending time together.
Ale prides herself in being an active listener, and always bring empathy and compassion to all patients. Her goal is to make her patients always feel safe and respected.
